**Internship responsibilities vary by location and team, but every role provides meaningful, hands-on experience and the opportunity to contribute to real business objectives.
Operations interns help keep our business running efficiently by supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) activities. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, improve processes, and gain insight into how aircraft and engine programs move from arrival to delivery
Quality and Training interns help ensure our work meets the highest standards of safety, compliance, and performance. You may assist with audits, documentation, process improvements, employee training initiatives, and continuous improvement projects that support operational excellence.
Engineering interns work alongside experienced engineers to solve real-world technical challenges. Depending on your discipline, you may support product design, manufacturing processes, repair development, data analysis, testing, or continuous improvement initiatives across our aerospace operations.
Supply Chain interns help ensure the right parts and materials are available when and where they're needed. You'll gain experience in purchasing, inventory management, logistics, supplier relationships, forecasting, and process optimization while supporting a global operation.
Customer Service interns support the teams that build and maintain strong relationships with our customers. You'll assist with project coordination, communication, order tracking, and service delivery while learning how we provide exceptional support throughout the maintenance process.
Human Resources interns gain exposure to a variety of people-focused initiatives, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, learning and development, HR operations, and organizational projects. You'll help support the employee experience while learning how HR partners with the business.
Finance interns work with experienced professionals to support budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and business analysis. You'll develop analytical skills while helping teams make informed decisions that drive operational and financial performance.
Maintenance interns work alongside skilled technicians to support the inspection, repair, overhaul, and maintenance of aircraft engines and components. This hands-on experience provides valuable exposure to industry standards, safety practices, and the technical expertise that keeps aircraft flying safely.
Legal interns gain exposure to the business side of corporate law within the aerospace industry. You may assist with legal research, contract review, compliance initiatives, policy development, and other projects that help support the organization's legal and regulatory responsibilities.
