SAN ANTONIO, TEXAS
Mechanic Training Program

This 12-week paid training offers hands- on, 'learn-by-doing' sessions, combining theory, lab work, and practical on-engine training for effective learning. Once completed, you'll be assigned to an engine program in San Antonio.

VAN NUYS, CALIFORNIA
StandardAero Academy

Designed to help you either begin or further your career as an MRO Technician, we offer 3 levels of training based on your experience. You'll work on various engine models and strengthen your technician knowledge.

WINNIPEG, CANADA
GTRO Program

This 12-week program, facilitated by industry experts, will prepare you for entry- level gas turbine engine maintenance, repair, and overhaul positions. You'll have the opportunity to work with a variety of aircraft engines while collaborating, problem-solving, and keeping safety top of mind.

GOSPORT, UK
Technical Apprenticeship

Build your future through one of our UK apprenticeship pathways, including Aeronautical Engineering Technician, Machining, and Metal Fabricator apprenticeships. Over 3–4 years, you'll gain hands-on experience, learn from skilled mentors, and earn a recognized apprenticeship qualification through a combination of workplace training and college-based learning. Upon completion, you'll be well-positioned for career opportunities within StandardAero and across the industry.

This leadership program emphasizes development, peer networking, and sector exposure, including hands-on business operations experience.

Our Frontline leadership course focuses on effective manufacturing leadership, covering communication, feedback, and collaborative problem- solving skills.

A 6-month leadership class emphasizing proactive strategic leadership, change resilience, employee engagement, and inclusion.
